BCTT serves children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area who are at risk of removal from their home, the community, or who are transitioning from residential settings back into the community.

About Our Services
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) facilitates the development of an individual’s independent living and social skills, including the individual’s ability to make informed decisions about life choices and create opportunities for realization of goals that are sustainable.
PRP services are conducted on‐site at our facility and in the client’s natural environment (i.e. home, school, and other community sites) and focus on support and assistance.
BCTT Clinicians treat the following types of problems:
- Behavior Disorders
- Chronic Mental Illness
- Mood Disorders
- Family Problems
- Anxiety Disorders
- Post Traumatic Stress
Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program (TBS)
Clients who are developmentally disabled, intellectually limited, or seriously emotionally disturbed may be referred to our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Program. These clients must be in need of one‐on‐one behavioral interventions in their homes in order to remain in the community. All TBS services are provided in the client's home.
In-Home Services:
- Clinicians may refer clients who have existing Behavior Plans or
- TBS staff will create individualized behavior modification programs.
Mentoring Services
We believe each youth has unique circumstances and precipitating factors which may dictate success or failure. To address problem areas while enhancing strengths, we employ community care coordinators that are well trained and engage each youth based upon specific needs.
We believe each child should be offered social, emotional, recreational, and educational fulfillment to overcome any obstacles and achieve a better quality of life.
School‐Based Therapeutic Behavior Services (SBTBS)
The goal of School Based Therapeutic Behavior Services is to assist a child to be successful in the School Based Setting.
The IEP (Individualized Education Plan) identifies the student’s specific needs and includes:
- the student’s classification;
- eligible placement;
- services required, such as one-on‐one aide and therapies;
- academic and behavior goals;
- a behavior plan (if needed), and
- a progress report from teachers and therapist.
After Care & Case Management Program
To provide intensive community based supervision, monitoring, crisis intervention, case management and advocacy services for Youth in the state of Maryland who would otherwise be detained at a secure detention facility.
Services include:
- monitoring supervision,
- case management,
- service linkages, and
- advocacy for youth and their families.
Residential Services
One Love Group Home, a Residential Transition Age Youth Service License by the Department of Juvenile Services, offers a comprehensive program that provides life skills, mental health treatment, and support services for male adolescents age 16‐20 in a structured group home environment.
We require that residents participate in educational and vocational programs as well as community service and healthy recreational activities. With an emphasis on creative and holistic program components, we seek to nurture and empower so that our residents are able to fully participate in and give back to their communities.
Wrap Around Business Model
BCTT's Wraparound Business Model and service program offers an array of customized fee for service options for vendors and families to choose from. The services include one on one staffing, mentoring, case management, advocacy and family services which are offered through a fee for service contract agreement.
These services are crucial to families that are without healthcare insurance or do not meet the medical necessity criteria of health insurance providers. Wraparound services can habilitate, rehabilitate, stabilize and unify divided families and support families and individuals in the community
Mental Health Services
BCTT provides a variety of mental health services on a contractual basis to organizations and programs. These include the following:
- Individual Therapy,
- Group Therapy,
- Family Therapy,
- In-home Services
The following types of problems can be addressed:
School conflicts, Behavior problems at school or home, Post traumatic stress, Anxiety, Depression or other mood disorders, Grief and loss, Problem solving, Life changes, Peer and social conflicts, Personal goal setting
